This will be a brief overview of the month’s aspects, for there are issues I prefer to address in specific pieces. But here are some basic astro considerations:
The Year of the Dragon begins with the New Moon on Feb 9, 22h58 UTC, at 20º40 Aquarius.
In the first week of February, as Eris, goddess of discord, squares the US Mercury, and Mars squares transiting Eris, the distributor of cookies and apples of discord, Vicky Nuland, appeared in Kiev – trouble tends to follow, sooner or later.
Mercury in the sky will be conjuncting transiting Pluto (Feb 4 to 6) – mind the message; mind what is transmitted; and mind what radiates. Concentration and investigations are favoured.
Before Mars enters Aquarius, whilst still in Capricorn, he conjuncts the US Pluto (Feb 8 to 11), triggering US destructiveness and power urge.
In the recently published part two of Dystopian Renaissance, also extracted here, I warned about Mars ingressing into Aquarius to conjunct Pluto (Feb 12 to 15) on the Great Mutation’s degree and, later, square general Jupiter (Feb 24 to 28). The warning is, as I stated, to all multipolar fronts, especially where the perverse empire focuses on causing trouble for the three greet sovereigns, Russia, China, and Iran. And anything concerning the new multipolar order in the making.
In fact, the Mars-Pluto being a conjunction, it is an affirmation. Therefore, mind the affirmation made, the action taken.
It is on China’s AC (ascendant). And it is on the Great Mutation degree, Zero Aquarius (nearly to the minute: GM is 0º45; the Mars-Pluto is at 0º46) – thus, of general importance.
Then comes Venus, conjuncting Pluto ( Feb 16 to 18) also on the Great Mutation’s degree; also conjunct China’s AC (1º33).
Then, after two long years since their previous conjunction… Goddess of love and beauty, as well as economics, Venus meets Mars, lord of war and conquest (Feb 22 to 24).
Venus and Mars travel together from degree 4 to 9 of Aquarius, thus conjuncting Russia’s Moon, at 5º. Moon: the people, motivation, sense of belonging.
With these three – Pluto plus Venus and Mars – conjuncting on China’s AC: the acknowledgement of China’s rise in power. With it, the dangers. But also, the mantle of flower delivered by China’s Progressed Venus and Jupiter – as I have explained in several times, since 2020.
Venus, conjuncting Pluto and Mars, spices up the mood for love. What is love without spice? After all, it takes tango to two! Being in Aquarius, it is especially so between those sharing ideals, or syncing electromagnetic brain waves in some way. This conjunction is always a moment to make sure to align desire and action, and is in fact pretty creative.
The Full Moon peaks together with the Venus-Mars conjunction, on February 24, 12h30 UTC, 5º22 Virgo.
That brings us to the Black Moon being in Virgo since October 2023, amongst a few things, pointing to health issues – highlighted with humanitarian issues by Chiron’s conjuncting to the North Lunar Node, in quincunx to the Black Moon, towards the end of February.
The end of the month sees the Sun conjunct Saturn in Pisces (Feb 27 to 29), saying: keep the faith in the Multipolar World in the making, beyond what status quo can see. You know the drill, there’s a green door in the white wall and we only live twice.
We are at that time of the year when all major heavenly players are in Direct motion – throughout February, March, and April. It’s forward time big time, as these are months of great importance.
