In 2025, Saturn begins to move to Aries (May 25), but still retrogrades to Pisces (Sep 1), before fully going into Aries (Feb 13, 2026).

Why is this Saturn in Pisces transit so significant? Because it is totally connected to his coming conjunction to Neptune, ruler of Pisces and ruler of conception, in 2025 by one-degree orb, and in 2026 exact, by degree and minute – one of the top, major aspects marking the change of the world-system in the 2020s.

A door in the wall appears, and it is on us to cross it. We only live twice, says the White Water Rabbit. Structural chronocrator Saturn ingresses into the Piscean realm, as we conceive of new realities.

There’s a Door in the Wall

In H.G. Wells short story, first published with Saturn in Pisces (1906), five-year old Lionel, while wandering in the streets of London by himself, stumbles upon a green door in a white wall. He is irresistibly drawn to it. After a hesitant moment fighting his concerns of disapproval should he open it, the boy dares enter what is revealed to be a delightful garden (not in poisonous “gardener”Josep Borrell’s terms), which floods his spirit with inspiration and joy. People there were kind and sincere, glad and friendly, blessings accessible and to be shared. A dream-come-true kind of place, with knowledge, wisdom and beauty, where life flourished. After some time, when he began to remember his hesitancies, he found himself out of there, on a long grey street in West Kensington. When trying to tell people about the beautiful place, the boy was met with disbelief. He dreamt of going there again. Not so easy it was, though, to find that door in the wall. It did appear at times, at significant moments in life. But, when it did, he again and again refrained from entering. There were always pragmatic, apparently realistic reasons for postponing the promised land. However heavier that made his heart feel. He deeply longed for the green door… only to refrain from opening it when it appeared. Until…

I will not spoil the read of the H. G. Wells story, which I highly recommend. I will, nonetheless, take what I’ve just described as a metaphor for crossing dimensions in life, states of being, and world-systems. I should, however, inform you the story is told by a childhood friend of Lionel, at the occasion of his passing, many years later.

Well, you only live twice – or so it seems – one life for yourself, one for your dreams. And, sometimes, what seems to be a passing might, in reality, be a passage.

This is where we are at right now. As the Empire collapses and rages, a state of the world dies. But the passing is rather a passage into a new world coming into existence. A much better garden than some European so-called leaders can conceive.

Saturn in the Piscean Realm

Green screens will be reality-checked, barriers and worn-out structures dissolved. Saturn dives into Pisces to wash off the debris and conceive of unprecedented concrete possibilities, being a fertile ground for concretizing dreams, and a period to further structure the new world-system in the making. Interlaced by the Symbolic, it is a time for the Imaginary to be anchored in the Real. And the Piscean shoal of Multipolarity is to become, more and more, a tangible and shared reality.

It was a long stay in his two domicile signs of Capricorn (2018-2020) and Aquarius (2020-March/2023). In Aquarius, he brought about “social distancing”. But also enhanced the capacity to organize and to structure amongst the like-minded, strengthening connections and commitments related to shared ideals. Well, now the plot thickens, the matrix melts, the dimensions change, the tide rises – it’s time to swim.

Interestingly, although a signifier of heavy weight, Saturn’s density is so low, he would float in water. Perhaps the endurance this planet is known to require from us, as well as the high quality he appreciates us having, is so sublime it can seem, at times, heavy to bear. But how light-hearted we feel when delivering what he demands, when accomplishing our missions. Missions which now gain a cinematographic Piscean edge. We must commit to our dreams – and pay their price.

Could some try to limit us and our imagination and capacity to wander and wonder? Could they try to poison in different ways and weigh people down? Oh yes, they might. And they’re already trying. But, in that case, the key is to be stubbornly slippery fishes, determined to swim into the high, multipolar seas. As long as we are committed to a dream, having faith in our hearts, lord Saturn is on our side. Stamina is now found in faith and in real enchantment.

Saturn entering the Neptunian domain and, in fact, heading to a conjunction with Neptune in 2025-2026, demands we consider how these two planets are both signifiers of reality, of different dimensions of reality.

Whilst Neptune conceives, Saturn concretizes. Whilst Saturn anchors, Neptune encompasses. Saturn can represent objective, concrete reality. Neptune, on the other hand, can signify subjectivity and spiritual reality. Which one is the most real, one could inquire. What comes first – the symbolic or the material? Perhaps at different moments in life one or another dimension may be enhanced. Be that as may, now is a moment when how they intertwine is what essentially matters. How imperative it is to dream, and how meaningful it is to concretize.

As we navigate through such mad and dangerous times of an epic world transition, this Saturnian-Neptunian period is an invaluable time of conception and birth of a new world we must dare to dream and keep on building. To dream and conceive, opening the door in the wall, so we live not just for ourselves, but for our dreams.

That is not in the sense of the so-called American dream, promised to some at the expense of many others. Neither about delusional denial of reality – oh, no. It is rather a moment in time in the likes of a great magic pot, in which to pour the best of our dreams, the best of our magic. For this I tell you: it will flourish. What we now dream of and put our energy into, while honouring our missions, will come into flower. The challenges are enormous, the wall at times might seem unsurmountable. But, hey! There is a door. And Nancy Sinatra sings:

You only live twice
Or so it seems
One life for yourself
And one for your dreams

 You drift through the years
And life seems tame
‘Til one dream appears
And love is its name

 And love is a stranger
Who’ll beckon you on
Don’t think of the danger
Or the stranger is gone

 This dream is for you
So pay the price
Make one dream come true
You only live twice

We Only Live Twice

You Only Live Twice is a novel, a movie and a song. Oh, Saturn in Pieces loves – and values – the arts.

The novel by Ian Fleming was published in March 1964, with Saturn at 00º Pisces, the sign that has two fishes for its symbol. The core of the plot is the rebirth of James Bond, transformed from a heavy drinker mourning his lost love to a man of action.

The movie was filmed during that Pisces transit, from July 1966 to March 1967, finishing just when Saturn was moving to Aries. So its premiere occurred with Saturn in Aries, as was also the case with the songs’ release.

When re-watching the movie recently, I was quite impressed with a few parallels to our current context – not exact by any means, but with some collective unconscious material, let’s say. As Lacan puts it, the unconscious IS collective – and, I add, has its cycles. It begins with an “un-identified flying object” messing with both the US and Russia. And the great danger is the escalation of tension between the two powers, since the Americans began to say, “the Russians did it!” Action takes place in Japan and you guessed it: neither the Russians, nor the aliens did it. But, of course… Spectre. Anyways, Bond dies, but lives twice. His body is thrown into the ocean at the beginning, and his life rescued on a boat and a sub at the end.

That Saturn in Pisces transit (1964-1967) began with the novel and concluded with the film – the song was its treat. Both the film and the song originated and were conceived with Saturn in dream-and-conception Pisces, and were premiered and released with Saturn in action-and-manifestation Aries. Kinda like our Multipolar World coming into existence – being made in Pisces, to premiere in Aries.

Further Conceiving and Structuring Multipolarity

Why is this Saturn in Pisces transit so significant? Because it is totally connected to his coming conjunction to Neptune, ruler of Pisces and ruler of conception, in 2025 by one-degree orb, and in 2026 exact, by degree and minute – one of the top, major aspects marking the change of the world-system in the 2020s.

Some of the pillars in the astrological configuration indicating the change of the world-system are:

December 21, 2020Jupiter–Saturn conjunction. The Great Mutation.

April 12, 2022 – Jupiter-Neptune conjunction. The Conception.

February 20, 2026 – Saturn-Neptune conjunction. The Birth.

To unfold the change that Jupiter and Saturn have marked in December 21 of 2020, they must each articulate with other players in the heavens. And it is their articulation to Neptune which conceives and gives birth to the new world-system – Jupiter in 2022; Saturn in 20025 and 2026.

Mind you, these are astrological aspects related to greater cycles, thus these dates are to be considered with an expanded margin, instead of just the day of their exact. The exact undoubtedly matters, but the related period can easily extend to a couple of months or so, for they are historical processes.

As Saturn now swims into Neptune’s waters, heading to meet the sea lord, we could say that, from a broader perspective, their work already begins. Saturn in Pisces introduces the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction, which is in itself prodigious.

It takes place on the very first degree of the zodiac – the vernal point, Zero Aries, signifier of birth. Even though Saturn and Neptune conjunct every 36 years, for these two planets to meet on this particularly noteworthy degree – or at the beginning of Aries for that matter – is extremely rare. As explained in my works of 2020, I researched 10.000 years, finding it to occur just a few times. Given the rarity of its occurrence, this is a transitional milestone. And it happens in the transition of the last degree to the first degree of the zodiac.

When Saturn ingresses for good into Aries in 2026, he does it in conjunction to Neptune, adding a Neptunian touch to the Saturn-in-Aries period as well (2026-2028). Hence, we can consider March 2023 to April 2028 as a yet wider period comprehending the alchemy of this important Saturn-Neptune assembly.

The aspects between Saturn and Neptune – and, fundamentally, the conjunction – by historical observation of our era, are associated with socialism and communism. These movements on Earth coincide with the contacts between these two planets in the sky. Therefore: graduation and advancement, resulting in new forms of socialism – with multipolar characteristics. What starts to take place now, in this immense transition, draws from previous experiences and advances. And, as I have been stating since 2020, whatsoever we might choose to call it, the new world-system coming into existence draws its wisdom and expertise from such previous experiences. Will it be the exact same in all countries and regions? No. Multipolarity is the name of the game. Each nation and each region will build the new with its own characteristics – and with some differences in timing, too. But, make no mistake, the social dimension cannot be overlooked and the system is changing – and for good.

It’s now time for Saturn to open the door in the wall, and further conceive of new realities. Where once there was the wall of Empire’s hegemony, the Multipolar door appears. Let’s cross it. Both for ourselves and for our dreams.
